Nothing will happen with this project

They are just sitting a collecting money (BIG MONEY)! They have approval, they know water is problem, they should now be drilling horizontal drop sections and cementing. Once that starts you will know they actually are serious about anything happening. Doing that will take way way longer than any part of a project!
