Synodon Inc. (Synodon) is a Canada-based company focused on providing aerial integrity management solutions for oil and gas pipeline operators. The Company has developed a remote gas sensing instrument called realSens that is capable of detecting ground-level hydrocarbon gas occurrences from an aircraft flying at an altitude of approximately 300 meters (approximately 1,000 feet). It offers airborne pipeline integrity management services to operators of oil and gas pipelines, which include leak detection, pipeline threat assessment, Right-of-Way (R0W) change and slope analysis, tree canopy encroachment, water crossing analysis (including three-dimensional (3-D) water crossings analysis) and pipeline location classification services.

People think Cook. But still need confirmation. People are guessing.
Having said that, they do seem to need money. Take a good look at their financial statements, they just don't generate enough revenue to cover expenses despite the contracts they have and their balance sheet is very thin. Don't have much cash.
On Nov/5, the CEO was on BNN claiming revenue to go up 3 fold this year with new contracts,
will get to profitability this year, but tapped out on current capacity and need to expand. Thats code for we don't make money at current capacity and "we need money" to expand. The issue is the news flow and financial results don't support his claims very well. They need to improve communication and guidance to be trusted I think.
