Advice for management

Looks like a good time for management to perhaps take out a loan for some cash performance incentives for management, and possibly issue some more performance shares....  You know to reflect their excellent debt management and hedging ability.  These guys are a pretty rough management team.  Sounds like they can drill wells but are fairly "accounting and economically" challenged. This management could probably do well if you put them in the field perhaps - give Trent a hardhat and some coveralls and ban him from the board room?  Just my thoughts.
