A quick read shows the credit line borrowing can not exceed 3.5X cash flow (on a trailing basis).

The most recent stress test cash flow estimate for 2015 was 1.58 per share or about 316 million.

It seems very unlikely cash flow could decline down to a 3.5X ratio.

The interest coverage seems to be of no concern.
