Very pleased with this news. I was afraid that PVG would be taken out by some dirty outfit from an insolvent banana republic closer to home. The Chinese are solvent, respect contracts, research their investments with great diligence, and think strategically for the long term. Today's news telegraphs great confidence in the success of this project. More parties are going to want a piece of the action. Rgds
