Prey, offhand I can't speak about the mineral lease -- not sure if it is completed or not. As for the FS, what is the point of having it completed right now when we don't have an offtake agreement in hand? FS can be sped up and completed in short order if more money is thrown at it. Get an offtake, pump some funds into the FS, get it completed, figure out financing, and hopefully start construction sometime next year. As for me, I will give them more time because I believe they know what they are doing, even though they aren't sharing all of the details with us yet. srpat
