read my comments but let reiterate - when LRE eliminate the dividend it'll bump by 15-20% from when they announce it but it'll be short live, the underlying commodity still needs to trade higher. 

you're touting a 6% bump today while it has lost by how much? did you buy it then on where it was prior to the 6% bump? 

BTE and all other oil/energy will trade down by another 15% between now end dec 24 - buy it thereafter.
