RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Oil price mid-long term direction as sealed by recent data I specifically asked that question to management 2 weeks ago (Langur), because I was also concerned about the expensive carry cost. First of all it's only expensive if it's a dry well !!
if not, the second Well will be cheaper and the third cheaper then the second and so on. They get access to all that acreage and they didn't pay and seismic fees either. So if all goes well it won't be expensive of course if it's a dry well then then its a loss !
