so basically you wasted their time with your email, good job. Way to add value by sending an email and getting a respond that you already know, is their anything new here with this email or you just like getting emails from them?

You wanna help them? don't send anymore emails or even call - all of you, you're not going to get any info that help you either way. Don't waste their time, right now they are scrambling as it is so no need to add to their workload. 

I do love the part "not taking on additional debt"... no kidding.
