Carl Icahn Holdings/Average Price? Takeover Valuation

Carl Icahn Holdings/Average Price? Takeover Valuationcan anyone find anything documented about Icahn reportedly increasing his holdings? i can only find the Forbes article which mentions he "doubled down according to data collected by Bloomberg".

i don't foresee a total takeover by Repsol happening - to extract value (and price) i think Icahn has to part out assets to various buyers to recoup his investment. the news release somewhat alludes to this, mentioning various suitors/transactions.

i think a lot of institutional stock holders would be underwater on an outright takeover bid. also don't think a vote would pass to accept a lowball price given the book value of the stock, the NAV, etc.
