The Zucker Trust could give some stability to Nordex. The Zucker trust certainly has the wherewithal to do good things with Nordex. They originally approached Nordex back in 2010 so I would say that their interest has been long term. The proposed buy in to the company did not happen because of the legal difficulties that Nordex was exp[eriencing. I would like to welcome them back, and hope that they will bring positive changes. Nordex needs some strong direction and some solid financial backing. Their products are good, and some times I woud even say that they are the best of class. The company's biggest problem by far has been their lack of size. They have never been big enough to seriously negotiate with the Orica, Dyna Nobels, Maxims and Austin Powders. The company has done well with its limited resources, but it needs critical mass which it up until now has not had. I had hoped that they would move a little faster on the combination with their western interests. Perhaps the Zucker family will help move things along there.
Hoping for the best.
BTW they certainly have gotten themselves an attractive price on the shares. Even Crossgrove is selling. Can you imagine that? I hope he is also turning in his directorship. He should have been buying recently, not selling.
