Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

tommy what planet are you from for crying out loud. the only way any bond holders get shafted here is if the stock goes to 0 you moron. bankrupt kaput,  understand!!!!! and it is a possibility  bond holders come ahead of shareholders.

35,000 boe/d  lmfao  again what planet are you from again. they will be lucky to get anywhere close to 30,000 and that will only be after a long ramp up with stella, you don't just turn on the taps at full bore. so far they've managed to turn what should have been 16,000 with the take over plus the recent 2500 they purchased (now 18,500) and managed to turn that into a whopping aprox 11,000 boe/d for the last 2 quarters,

i am not a proud shareholder of iae and refuse to pump it as their are way too many risks still involved here, risk reward is reasonable but you had better believe that you can lose every penny you put into this stock. i can't handle the idiotic posts of some of these loonies.
