RE:RE:Langur's cost, 0% Water & the 9 Development Wells by Q1 2015I'm rethinking the capital budget for 2015 based on this. Don't see why PTA needs to spend more than 50 mil. They can spend less, cut a couple of wells that would be done if oil was higher and enjoy rapidly declining drilling costs. Bet they go for 50 mil cap-ex and end 2015 with 70 mil + cash despite using 30 mil to repay the notes as they come due. The predictions of balance sheet problems for PTA are a joke.
