Sometimes DD is confusing...While I'm still interested in this stock I'm trying to wrap my head around how these things work...(ya guess I'm a dolt.) Anyway this tablet thing is odd:
1. Boris Ziger becomes an independent Director of FTI Foodtech in June 2010.
1. FTI Foodtech signs a deal with Globalex (the manufacturer of the tablets in South America) on Feb.13, 2014 to market and distribute the tabs for water purification.

2. Matica enters an agreement with Bellarosa Distributing?? to market the tabs for horticulture and agriculture. Matica's CFO's brother James Tong is a director of Bellarosa. Matica Tab Agreement
3.Tab deal is signed with Bellarosa to market distribute Globalex tabs. Signed agreement
4. On September 29th general meeting everything's a go with Foodtech's imported Globalex tabs.

5. Matica ditches the Globalex brand.
Globalex gets the boot? (By the way this is not posted on Matica's site for some reason).
6.Matica signs deal with Bellarosa AGAIN for tablets.

Bellarosa Deal #2 Details
OK, so maybe I'm a simpleton, but where is Bellarosa getting the tabs now? Not Globalex, not FTI Foodtech. How do you sign a deal for tabs that don't exist, and this time there is no mention of the testing, and hoops they went through in the summer. Also, what exactly is Bellarosa bringing to the table here? One more thing - in the latest agreement, (link above) someone named Cervus business management got 40,000 shares or an equivalent of $42,000 for something - they just don't say for what.
I want to believe in this thing but it's starting to seem a little weird. Oh and one more thing the "Grumpy Lizard" deal. Is this property being bought from USA Graphite? Cause' their Blue Wing Mountain property sounds awful similar. My only concern is whether they even own it anymore, as their company is looking pretty much dead. Help me out here guys.
