RE:Building of a Company

RE:Building of a CompanyThat is fair and good to have strong morale at the company

Macro should speak with a real estate developer on building an office that Macro can lease long term for employees

Spending 14%-15% of your market cap on an office is excessive and wasteful  ---- and again, a very bad return on capital--

This office announcement comes on the heels of multiple equipment purchases that remain underutilized while shareholders remain hopeful that some of the prior capX spends will eventually generate reasonable returns, we would like to see some of the purchased assets generate a return for shareholders before mgmt starts to spend capital on things such as office space ---
