RE:The Orange End-Game?I agree yankersss that BXE could sell off some of their assets, probably with Orange's insistance. I'm not too sure if it will be the remaing holdings on their midstream assets though. You never know though. There's lot's of non-core Cardium assets and the Duvernay (which is still a hot property in the long run). I'm sure just a sale of the Duvernay would wipe out most of the debt.

Even though this is not quite the scenario that Orange envisioned, I doubt that they are panicking. With board representation, which they said was their main objective, they'll push hard for these changes to get the share price up. Then they'll reanalyze. I don't think that by trying to force a sale at this moment will be that easy. Also for potential suitors in the energy space, there will be plenty of asets to bid on.
