Where do you see overbought on the daily or weekly chart ?

Those of us who do not have time in the day such as myself i prefer if i can find a floor to work from and build a core from there. Jim Sinclair gave a formula for trading that works something this . Sell 33% on a rhino horn and buy 33% on a fish line . To be fair he was talking weekly prices in gold but you can get the point . Out of 100% there is a core of 66% but when the time is right sell or buy 33% of the 100% .

ps Wish i had of sold some today but i just got back in and spent the better part of a day setting things up. Plus i'm just not very good at calling the highs judging that i did cash out at around $10.60
last time leaving me on the sidelines . :)
