Try to build a conservative income portfolio and KAPOW!!! I want to buy more Dream, but currently it is about 7% of my portfolio, the same thing happened with AQN initially I was hammered but it came good... but can I comfortably have 14% in one small REIT?

In my primary account, Dundee represents between 20% and 25% of the total portfolio value.  I also own some in some secondary accounts.  That metric is irrelevant to me.  What's important is % of total net worth.  In my case, I have about 5% of my total net worth tied up in Dundee.  I am not only comfortable with that exposure but I am adding to my Dundee holdings.

Seeing Dundee buying back shares only adds to my faith.

GLTA!
