Hey guys, just jumped back into this stock today at 1.32.. I follow 10 stocks everyday and try to day trade one block of shares to either minimize my loss or maximize my gain. Here's the good news, on monday and today when there was significantly bad news oil lost approx $3 each day. That's a large amount. The 10 stocks I watch LEG LRE SPE DTX RRX SGY etc.. lost approx 12% monday and 10% today. Tuesday oil was up between .20-.70 and they jumped an avg of 9%. Alot of people have lost so much they dont care about selling and people like me who jump in low don't care about variance either. LRE has alot of upside as the market has essentially priced in $50/bbl for a year at these prices. As tuesday showed, people are waiting for a chance to buy and start the rally its just when oil tanks we all know these stocks are going to fall and thus the selling comes (myself included). I remember last month oil would drop $1 and these shares would plummet 10% now it takes $3. There aren't many more $3 drops left and theres alot more $0.50 gains. So keep your heads up, I've lost about 30% over past three months which is probably considerably less than some of you if youve held in entire time but one big day ($4 rebound) could see LRE back at $2 no problem.
