RE:Woulf DirectorHmmm coulda maybe used that about 4 days or so ago . . .  Oh well, he is but one vote, and he's "been around" awhile.  We can always toss him next year.

Besides, it helps to have ONE bad board member the general shareholders can then instruct was responsible for wahtever it was that went wrong, and with little harm to Marleau if he indeed remains under sanctions from the TSX.
