TALISMAN IS PROBABLY HOPING TO GET $10.00 FOR SHAREHOLDERS

TALISMAN IS PROBABLY HOPING TO GET $10.00 FOR SHAREHOLDERSIt looks like Repsol will end up buying Talisman in full.  If management has not proceeded with Regency Partners LP for the Marcellus asset yet, Carl Icahn is probably requesting $10.00/share in order to allow a sale.  Very unfortunately, with a $5B  debt, that would involve a sale price of $15B which is very unlikely in current circumstances.  I personally would hope to be bought by Repsol in a shares transaction, not a cash offer, if the offer is too low.  Carl Icahn will not sell at $7.00/$8.00 a share.
