I don't know what database BGM uses to store its data but considering that as of the date of the July release they had received the last of the new CM data, after getting the first of it in late 2013, 4 months seems a long time to update the resource. Snowden did the first one and would have validated the existing data and the BGM staff should have been incorporating new data into their database as soon as they received it. Having said that I would be surprised if BGM releases the new resource before the New Year - bad in terms of current markets and everyone's mind is in the Christmas holidays.
