I doubt you know 100m shares. And that leaves 250m which probably would have so ethier way. You say there was no offer. there was an offer managment was asked to present it to shareholders and it was turned down. Your right managment did not screw themselves - they now are going to get paid for the next 3 years and then will eventually accept the sale of their shares (which btw are worth ~$1 million today) I expect they will extract a greater amount from the company at the time. I would cut my losses but I have no problem keeping my position as I still believe the company is undervalued and that they have a great asset - this is why I bought in the first place. I realized that even if the Nordgold offer was rejected this stock should still be worth more then 5 or 6 cents. I'm not going to waste any more time arguing with you, this board is to share our opinions, and I do not feel the same way about managment as you do. However there should be a chance to make some money here in the future and I will double down when the time is right.
