Legally, BGM can't sit on the 43-101 when it is ready for release. Of course, a company could slow down it's progress to ensure it would not be released until after a certain time. However, if there was evidence of with holding news, then the company would be in trouble with the exchange. For all we know, it might not be ready until Feb or Mar.  BGM would not give me a time line for it's release except that they hoped it was in the near future.
