financing of mine construction post off-take signing

does anyone know who would be doing the financing of the mine construction after we get the off-take signed. This is most likely a well kept secret and no one except management knows. My guess is that it is most likely a lot more than one entity, probably several banks and or financial institutions and possibly even private individuals. Just wondering if anyone's due diligence over the years has uncovered anything in this regard.
