This is the problem with these lawsuits - its only the shareholders that get hurt - I suspect that a certain amount of weaknes that we are seeing is indeed due to the Lawsuit  - no-one really wants to get embroiled in a long drawn-out lawsuit - my experience is that in these cases ONLY the lawyers win - the shareholders get creamed and even if there was malfeasence, those responsble seldom (if ever) are held accountable.  If these lawsuits ever JUST go after those rresponsible (and maybe even make them guests of the state) and leave the shareholders out of it - then perhaps one might see a greater appetite - but as of now - this will probably have a fairly long term effect on the stock unles it can be dispensed with quickly - which I doubt as that is not in the best interests of the Lawyers involved.
