if American want to have higher oil price, it is just so dumb easy for them to do. I don't see they want to do anything to stop price sliding and protect their oil industry.

it is all coming down to collapsing Russian economy and preparing for the war against Syria.

Now I know why they don't want to build Keystone pipeline. they already planed to crash the oil price. No matter what they do, Canadian always get hurt.
