At present BYV'S Rainy River gold property is being taken over by NGD at a whopping 50% premium, WOW, only problem is premium is on .14 cents. I paid around 85 cents when I bt. BYV. You can bet Pettit of BYV and his hoolingans will and are being rewarded handsomely in this transaction. Appears this is what we here might have to look forward to. I do have a ray of hope in that gold mite go up one day and I mite recover some money owning NewGold.
