It also has over 1040 km2 of highly prospective tenure in Mabel Creek Project, which is a prospective for iron oxide copper gold (IOCG) deposits and intrusion related rare earth and battery metals mineralization. Yarindury Project is located 30km east of Dubbo in the Macquarie Volcanic Arc of central-western NSW.

RE:RE:Like most "Newspaper " NEWS...Could be a low ball bid or.... the 4b Euros ($5b USD) may only represent cash piece Repsol had $7.6b USD on the balance sheet at end of Q3 issuing another 100m-150m shares to TLM would add to $2-$3 USD to offer, represent the equity piece Assuming $60 oil, a $7-$8 deal highly accretive to Repsol when accounting for Repsol's valuation and TLM's EBITDA and operating cash flow at $60/oil So it may be a low ball offer or it may only represent the cash portion of proposed deal given the limited color in newspaper article
