In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. At these depressed valuations when does the M&A begin?

At these depressed valuations when does the M&A begin?I could see PTA being the fish or the shark. The current market cap for PTA has got to be appealing for companies that are cash rich. IMO, activity will start soon, now that it looks like these depressed oil prices will be around for awhile.
