Once the current private placement is completedd for $1 mil in the next few days, the company will have enough money to last through 2015. They also currently have just over $1 mil in hand.

So no it doesn't make sense - but it's been going on for some time. I don't buy that it's long term investors getting out because of fatigue - why now when the corner is about to be turned and the future looks brighter than ever? Also - I've been here almost 4 years and the bulk of my shares are at .13. I've been averaging down since then so who's making any money selling at .065?
