The dividend management can never be tied to the shareprice....and if the company makes its decision on how to "manage" the operations based on its current shareprice...0.29cts or 0.30cts....I would be willing...to question that call....since the last decision did not seem to help shareholders....
If the shares drop to 0.005cts....it will be due to the decisions taken by those running the company here and the BOD's who are/were here to act as oversight for ALL shareholders.....pipeline spill not a material event or newsworthy to ask for a halt....sure...whatever you report.
*****Shareholder to the end here(expecting a paper merger before the next AGM)....as for "kherson"...If you sold why the hell are you still posting about mgmt/dividend???????????Nothing better to do with your time/life!
