Talisman Mining Limited is an Australia-based mineral development and exploration company. It also has over 1040 km2 of highly prospective tenure in Mabel Creek Project, which is a prospective for iron oxide copper gold (IOCG) deposits and intrusion related rare earth and battery metals mineralization. Yarindury Project is located 30km east of Dubbo in the Macquarie Volcanic Arc of central-western NSW.

The attached link is from El Pais newspaper in Madrid. It discusses the need for Repsol to make a deal and that their senior people are now in Canada to close the deal as of this weekend. The article also states that it is looking to complete a "friendly" transaction.
