qwqw, you are correct, he has not factored in for a full quarter of production from the Crocatta purchase.
Last quarter only had 1.8 months worth of production. I recalculated using 38437 boe/d and a $48 WTI and $3.65 for Nat Gas and using a $1.12 exchange rate and get $52.4 million Funds flow from Operations for the quarter which would put them close to being in non compliance of of the covenants for their credit facility. My calculations are assuming that production levels have not changed from last quarter and using the same expenses as the 3rd quarter. I hope I am not too far off.

I did not add the 1600 boe/d that were offline since I am not sure if they are back. If they are than that should provide mor revenue and funds flow.

I still would like to see them announce a suspension of the dividend in the mean time with wording such as, we are suspending the dividend during this volitile price decline and setting the money aside for debt repayment if the price decline persists for an extended period of time.
