Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Not sure it is great news. they dilute the bejueezus out of us (diluting the small retail investor enormously and hand over shares to Toray at cheap prices and now they have enough money to BUY BACK shares. Doesn't make sense to me but as I said years ago, us Peons will be the last to know and NOT highly regarded by corporate. Such is the stock market.
