Talisman Mining Limited is an Australia-based mineral development and exploration company. Its projects include Lachlan Base Metal and Copper-Gold Project, Mabel Creek Project and Yarindury Porphyry Copper-Gold Project. Its Lachlan Project encompasses approximately 7,100 square kilometers (km2) land position in the highly prospective Lachlan Fold Belt of central New South Wales. It also has over 1040 km2 of highly prospective tenure in Mabel Creek Project, which is a prospective for iron oxide copper gold (IOCG) deposits and intrusion related rare earth and battery metals mineralization. Yarindury Project is located 30km east of Dubbo in the Macquarie Volcanic Arc of central-western NSW.

RE:RE:RE:RE:if it is in fact $8 USDI've said many times on this forum that most of these oil shale frackers are done like dinner. Even with oil at 100 bucks some of them were struggling to get new financing. The most ardent of shale oil fans must now admit that if these prices persist for long then most of these companies are toast. Then the next chapter begins. The junk bonds are worthless and the banks turn to the taxpayer who gets stuck with the bailout tab. Then, as the oil price inevitably starts to rise the consumer also pays up at the pumps. The little guy always gets stuck with the tab. The Saudis clearly understood this and weren't too worried about their protectors, the good old U.S.A.
