RE:Dividend Policy

RE:Dividend PolicyCdnJrs...I am glad you found the Dec.20/12 NR from the Co. explaining their dividend policy going forward at the time....so why did you post that SGL had a DRIP program in place during 2014?

If your bank has a DRIP program on-going for you as a shareholder to buy  their stock and now you can see/read that SGL never implemented a DRIP program....Why are you refusing to admit a mistake in believing that SGL was offering you or your bank or any shareholder for that matter an opportunity to buy their shares at a discount thru a DRIP?

Hell every blogger/shareholder can make a mistake posting here...including myself...owning up to the error and correcting oneself is what makes the difference between posting  false information or just posting good old fashion misleading info....those who read the posts here can judge for themselves if SGL has ever implemented a DRIP as your post implied.

Good of you to have gone back and fished out that 2012 NR from Spyglass...... SGL has never implemented a DRIP and if your bank is putting SGL shares into your account under a DRIP then the share count of SGL would have risen from its very, very static 128,076,720...that has not changed since I became a shareholder this yr.

I hope this little exercise was enlightening for the board in general......from $2.00 to 0.30cts is quite the ride....and now that 2014 is almost gone from history.....a positive outlook for 2015 will be a relief....actually thinking about buying a few(dividend or not).  GLTA
