 Receptionist/Office Assistant (Downtown Vancouver)

Wellgreen Platinum Ltd. is a TSX listed Canadian mining exploration & development company led by a highly-experienced management team with a track record of value creation through successful large scale project discovery, development, operation and financing. We are focused on the active advancement of its 100% owned Wellgreen PGM-nickel-copper project toward production. Located in the Yukon Territory, Canada, the Wellgreen project is one of the largest undeveloped platinum group metals (PGM) deposits outside of southern Africa or Russia.

We are looking to immediately add a Reception/Office Assistant to our team. Working in a small office, located in the heart of downtown, the successful candidate will be willing to jump in wherever needed, and balance projects from all departments including marketing, accounting, human resources and geology.

Requirements:
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Post-Secondary diploma or degree, or related work experience
• Enthusiastic, ready to assist where needed
• Able to direct own workflow and determine priorities

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Reception activities
• Office coordination, including ordering supplies and liaising with building and account reps
• Assist with marketing material production
• Coordinate shipping of marketing materials
• Receive, distribute, prepare and send mail
• File invoices
• Document editing and transcription
• Spreadsheet creation and input
• Maintain benefits plan, and assist in payroll
• Organize office events
