Order of business... Lets get the Life of Mine Permit First

Order of business... Lets get the Life of Mine Permit FirstA lay person's assessment, please comment with your thoughts, thanks!

Management MUST get this done immediately, in my view.

Who would seriously look at HBK as a major supplier if this was not already in place?  You can't expect your business to flourish if a major component to its success does not have all of its permits in place? Any avoidable disruption to a builders necessary supply of our aggregate like permits and the associated red tape MUST be eliminated now.

First:

Get the Life Of Mine Permit in hand for the portion of our property already permitted so we have access to unlimited extraction.

Second:

Produce and deliver to West Fraser on contract.

Addition contracts will soon follow.

As contracts come in, Management needs to be starting work on expanding the permitted area OR having the additional lands permitted for future development.

As cash flow is generated, additional site equipment can be purchased and brought into the production fold to increase output.

I think HBK has a better grasp on the aggregate business than I do BUT from my view, this is how I'd strive to move HBK forward.

I've already bet that they have a very similar "playbook".
