RE:RE:Peter Crossgrove has stepped down as a director of NordexCrossgrove has been frail for the past decade or so. At one of the PDACs he has not even recognized me even though we were budies at one time.

I agree about Luciani. He  serves absolutely no purpose for shareholders.  I could live with O'Reilly on the board. Has some connections in the industry, and can help with AN challenges.

The best thing for the corporation would be to bring 2 of the 3 former directors that were kicked out by All Group boys. That would restore trust of the old , pre-dilution shareholders. Which ones? Does not matter to me.  All had integrity missing on the current board.
