What we need now...is an operational update with a decent exit rate...more sales, less behind pipe.
Then Entice well results to continue as they have...and only then this ship will start recovering (with oil prices recovering too obviously)...
We are not out of the woods yet but six months from now, the stock could easily be at $1.50 or higher if oil prices rebound.
Midstream solutions are being built all around North America, every single day. Many now worry that the Marcellus gas will displace Canadian gas. While they might certainly compete more for the midwest market, the LNG stations will start operating in one year and the Eastern Seaboard is opening up to the Marcellus with big projects by Dominon et al. Also, I believe power generators and other industrial processes will switch more and more to gas as its reliable delivery can be guaranteed for years to come. We are in the eye of the storm right now but I do believe we will turn it around.
