- trip to Europe was extremely useful

- he will not be able to disclose any info at the AGM as he is required to return to Europe by mid January in order to complete on going due diligence on the project and hopefully once completed finalize a long term financing deal for WAI

- the Ebola epidemic has really slowed down the process as foreign nationals are unwilling to travel to Guinea to complete their due diligence but the situation is improving

- if WAI's legal counsel allows, he will announce prior to the AGM the renewal of WAI's tenements (currently awaiting Minister signature) and any financial update.
