THE reason that I called our "Learned Friend" Brain Dead was there was no one in the past, will be now, nor in the future, interested with this company as a takeover target, no matter how many pounds in the ground it had/has/will have. Reason? Three Shareholders of Note; one of them being the past CEO of one of The Others. End of Story.
