RE:Hope Springs EternalGreat to hear from you Merc. Still here and have been in since mid 2011. Glad to see so many old names come out of the woodworks. Would love to put more time into due diligence but the stock prices have dropped so much from where I bought that the value of my stock doesn't warrant the time it takes to stay completely up to speed. I believe the fundamentals haven't changed much and that's why I haven't sold...hope springs eternal indeed. 

On a side note, I was happy to see the $8.5 Billion Site C Dam announced in BC today as it will at least help my real estate investments up north make up for any losses suffered here.
