I agree that it is a small caps situation, that such tiny trades influence the price to such a big extend and that this has nothing to do with real values.

Nevertheless the other participants in the market react to the actual price level and lower their asks and bids respectively, which may push down the price level even more.

Obviously nobody is willing to spend only little amounts of money (like 100$) to keep the level up until relevant news is spread.
