RE:Lame Management

RE:Lame ManagementDinky-d, you're absolutely right. The SP has averaged around $12 for the past couple of years, considered throughout that time to be severely depressed, and only crossed thru $9 in October with the oil price slide. I can't imagine there was a wholesale change of the shareholder base since then. Most are in at much higher prices and are stuck selling out at a price that approaches the bottom hit during the 08 crash. It was a disaster at the time and the truth is that the current deal is still a friggin disaster for the vast majority of shareholders. Despite being a big premium to last week's low, its still a highly opportunistic offer and the incompetent crew in charge (who took over from the prior incompetent crew that tanked this company, got fired, and walked away with millions) should have a fiduciary duty to shareholders to wait until oil prices normalize before even discussing deals with potential suitors. The shareholder vote may prove interesting.
