Perhaps it is a strategy for acceptance in 100 index...worked for a fortune 50 years ago...too premature...lol.

There will be several indexes covering PLI, but they wont have the same noise and effect.

The deal is obviously tied to the same makeup as the FDA logistics on Phase testing, and once everything is cleared from all parties...

Push forward everything for 2015 balance sheets....
