RE:RE:RE:What's the board's thoughts on this?Your math is very convenient. If you multiply the full purchase price per boepd by current production and then strip out the 25 million in decomm you get an ev of $40 million or $1.15 per share.

38 boepd is 2.5% reduction in production while the liabilities were reduced by 5% - I.e. net gain.

Not difficult math. You can speculate on the other decline rates and exploratory wells, but that divesture was a net gain for shareholders.
