NR was mixed

Ya the divi is safe but funds from operation are down (mostly because of Cardinal). Big issue is still few projects in the pipeline. Two come on by Q2 but after that there is nothing definite. Maybe I'm being unfair but it seems management is kinda coasting in their roles. Can we see more aggressive moves? We will see.
