Just noticed from our US friends... apparently they've noticed a new MM on scene.
Anyone know what that means?
I know TLT had to collaborate with AK&Associates and an original market maker to get things going for their OTC listing....   for a second MM to join TLTFF... that must mean their is increased interest in facilitating trading or anticipation of activity otherwise why would they join? Does anyone know how this works? Can any MM come unsolicited to trade the OTC securities of their choice or does there have to be an arrangement first?
